As a "dual demonstration" high-speed railway project that serves as both the first State Council pilot for mixed-ownership reform and a National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) demonstration for private capital investment domestically, the company provided GSM-R digital optical repeater system equipment to resolve signal issues in weak-coverage areas. The line was officially put into operation in 2024.
