Safety data transmission system of railway block signal
Product function: TSTE-64D semi automatic block information transmission and transformation equipment provides multiple redundant transmission channels such as digital, optical fiber and audio on the basis of the original block information transmission cable, so as to ensure the reliable transmission of block information. TSTE-64D semi automatic block information transmission conversion equipment adopts embedded CPU controller, fieldbus control, long-distance optical fiber transmission and other technologies, so as to realize the interval block function.It adopts a secure block information transfer system with 2 multiplied 2 fault tolerant structures.It has realized the transmission mode based on cable for the first time in China, so as to adapt to the upgrading of the existing block lines.
Product features: The real-time cable detection does not affect the transmission of the existing block signal. With the working mode of cable transmission as the main channel and optical cable as auxiliary channel, when cable failure occurs, it switches to optical fiber cable and other backup channels to adapt to the upgrading and transformation of existing block lines. It provides a variety of block data transmission methods such as cable, optical cable, audio, 2M data and so on, so as to adapt to various application scenes. The main and spare mode of transmission can be selected according to the on-site application environment. It uses long distance optical fiber for transmission, and the transmission distance is more than 20KM. It adopts a secure block information transfer system with 2 multiplied 2 fault tolerant structures.
1）TSTE-64D-02 type
Thermal preparation for whole machine It takes cable transmission as the main channel and optical cable as auxiliary channel. The optical path can be equipped with 64K audio and an optical fiber with 2M transmission interface. It is used in the existing line.
2）TSTE-64D-05 
It uses two multiplied by two for redundant backup of two modules ; It has cable - optical cable mode and pure optical cable mode. The optical fiber cable mode can be equipped with either two of audio 64K, fiber, RS232, Ethernet. It adapts to the existing lines and new lines.
